Concrete Jungle is proud to host The Great Cidering of 2012! Ciderfest is an annual event open to the public where fruits that are unfit to donate (apples and pears with pierced skin) are cleaned, cut, ground and pressed into delicious cider. The event is free and so is the cider, though donations are appreciated and will all go towards Concrete Jungle. Don’t forget a blank t-shirt for your own beautiful, trendy, work-of-art Ciderfest ’12 silk-screened paraphernalia.

Dearly beloved, it is with joyous heart that I write to inform you that the season of the apple is upon us once again, and so again shall we conduct all manner of celebration thereof in the grand event known as Ciderfest!
As foretold in ancient Mayan calendars, The Great Cidering of 2012 will be an event of warmth, merriment and good humor, capable of sufficiently pacifying us in time for an end-of-the-world type event also foretold by ancient Mayan calendars and due to follow several months later. Given our necessary goal of placating and pacifying, we are making special arrangements to produce the coziest Ciderfest ever and all activities and preparations made for the Great Cidering of 2012 will strictly adhere to the Danish doctrine of hygge: * All tactile surfaces present at Ciderfest will be soft and warm. Each of these features is in addition to aspects that might be normally expected of a Ciderfest, including: And for the first time ever, we’re holding Ciderfest at the Arabia Mountain National Heritage Area, just a few exits past 20 East and 285. Ciderfest will coincide with Arabia Mountain’s Fall Fest, replete with nature tours, bird shows, and hayrides, and will further strength Ciderfest’s transition to outright country jamboree. Suggested items to bring: Address: 3899 N Goddard Road, Lithonia, GA 30038 — next to the gun range. See yall there! |
